Echo Valley GC - Des Moines, IA

Renovation plans for the Creek Course (2nd nine holes of the original 18 holes) and master plan for flood damage reduction is in process. Work on the renovation will be done in summer/fall of 2016.

Zhaoshan Golf Resort - Zhaoshan, Hunan Province, China

36-hole golf resort of new construction and development concept master planning has been done and construction of the first 18 holes is to begin on direction from the government.

Anxi Nanyi New Town Resort - Anxi, Fujian Province, China

27-hole new golf design and development concept master planning is complete with construction to begin upon local government approval.

Compass Pointe – Leland, NC, USA

Robbins & Associates is performing master planning and golf course design services for an 1,800 acre retirement community. The community will have a 27-hole golf course with full Audubon Signature status. The first 18 holes of the golf amenity are almost complete and development of the real estate is moving very fast.

Gaoligong Jade Golf Resort - Tengchong, Yunnan Province, China

Master planning of 1,200 acre site and design of 18-hole golf course has been done for a construction start when direction is given by the government.

Leshan Resort, Sichuan, China

Preliminary master planning has been done for the project. Golf course routings of as many as 72 holes have been prepared for the property. Final planning is waiting on the direction of the government.

The Links at Halfmoon Bay, Westport, Washington, USA

The final plans have been prepared to re-start this 18-hole golf resort in duneland on the edge of the Pacific Ocean. The entire project is currently for sale by the owner.
