Taining Golf Resort - Tianing, Fujian Province, China

36-hole new golf resort and development concept master planning with the first 18 holes under construction since October 2012

Compass Pointe - Leland, North Carolina, USA

The first 18-holes of a 27-hole golf course is part of a residential community and the construction is under way. The course is in the process of shaping.  Practice facilities should be planted this year and all 18 holes planted by spring of 2015.  Opening should be in August of 2015.

The Seasons International Golf Club, Chengdu, China

This 27-hole championship golf course design was started but is presently on hold.

Yinhong #6, Beijing, China

The 3rd 18 holes of Yintai Hongye, a 54-hole championship golf course is being completely remodeled.  All 18 greens have been rebuilt, bunker style reworked and major revisions to landscaping finished.  The seeding of rough areas is being done with opening possible in October of 2014. 

Zhenjiang New Town Resort, Jiangsu Province, China

Construction of the first 18 holes of planned 54-hole resort as part of a new city master plan has been started with 17 holes shaped. Currently on hold for approvals.
